not a terrible idea and definitely useful for gameplay, though it'd be cooler if we had ATMs on the outpost or something- another amenity for players to come back to. it'd still require stopping at the outpost but you can just transfer to another person's account without them having to be there at the same time. a little outpost bank! i think it'd be cute.

Slightly related but you can already send holochips, its just you need to hack the fax output first. This is just making it part of normal fax functions
