Houdini 20.0.###, 20.5.### UI locks up with mouse click in breakdown2 panel

We have an official ticket with support regarding this where they have reproduced the issue: SG-37246

Using v0.4.2

-Left clicking on any item within the breakdown2 panel will cause Houdini's UI to lock up until that panel item is deselected
-A right click within the empty "details" panel will cause Houdini's UI to freeze up altogether and require a restart.
