Search result for tracks by lyrics and albums for a artist are Infinite scrollable.
User can enter lyrics of any song and get list of song which contain those words.
User can click on Artist and get more information about the artist
User can click on Album and get more information about the album
User can navigate to Artist page from Album and Album page to Artist page.
