The  file “README.txt”  and “RFC7159”  (identical contents)  is an
Internet Engineering  Task Force  (IETF) document  and is  copied here
under IETF Trust's Legal Provision (TLP) version 4.0 section 3.c.i:

All other files are my work,  not copied from elsewhere.  But to avoid
