Upper Arm

Triceps Brachii

The Triceps consists of three heads that unite at the bottom into the Triceps tendon

The Biceps consists of two heads that unite at the bottom

Forearm

The forarm muscles are split into two groups the Flexors and Extensor. These two groups are visibly distinct, the Extensor group being the bigger one. The front border is below the Biceps/ Brachialis and the back border is below the Triceps, following the Ulna. The Extensors are farther from the midline where as the Flexors are closer to the midline.
