I was helping Lukas who ran into an issue when trying to assemble his source with pyz80.

Create a utf-8 file with:

;Program v assembleru DK-sam připraví stránky paměti, zapíše příkazy

Instead of assembling, pyz80 fails upon trying to open the file:

Couldn't open file src\dk-patch-sam.asm for reading.

Maybe this helps.
