Installing the RVO2 library is a bit cumbersome and sometimes requires modifications based on the machine.

One option to help this process is to convert the RVO2 library to a jll and create a Julia wrapper for it. This would help the larger Julia community by providing access to a common RVO library while also removing the current installation steps.
