Accessing value from an object field on a collection page

Hello, I was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction here. I have an object on a page projects_stats which has a series of paired values — a Heading and a corresponding item. Both of these are editable due to the headings not always being the exact same on certain pages/projects (e.g. Engineer instead of Architect) . An example of this is shown in Pic 1.

I'm trying to get the value for Contract Amount to display on another page and am not having any luck. I'm unsure how to target that specific piece of information. I was able to the entire object by using {{ post.project_stats }} as shown in Pic 2.

Here is a link to the page I'm referring to . The Contract Amount is supposed to go between the Project Title and the Category.

Finally, in Pic. 3, this is how I have the object structured on my page. Also, these pages are with a collection called Projects.

Was able to solve this via some trial and error and help from a friend who knows more on the dev side than I do.
