Issue Summary

this is to implement the coming soon which will be used to announce upcoming features as on the design

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

when "coming soon" is selected it should lead to this page , showing count down to the release of a feature

Actual Behavior

currently the coming soon is not available
