- Added new boilerplates for View, CSS, etc
- Namespace generator didn't work properly. Hopefully does better now.
- Changed name to "file-generator"
- Still has some issues to work out.

- Fixed major issue where artisan commands won't run if boilerplate has syntax issue
- Removed critical code out of constructor which would cause other commands to fail
- Fixed bug where missing boilerplate dir would prevent install
