Make sure all CUTGroup test responses are displayed in Patterns

Over the last 19 tests we have had some issues with make sure that test answers are entered into Patterns due to webhook issues (#84), misspellings in the email address, etc. I want to take the time to go through and make sure all of the tests are listed properly in Patterns so that we are able to count the tests each tester has done (#94).

@shua123 We should also think what makes sense about how to make sure we distinguish the test responses vs other forms. Can we create a different webhook to do this?

1. Loop through wufoo forms with API
2. check if entries are in submissions table
3. add if possible. If not, make list

Looped through and added ~92 submissions. There are still submissions that could not find a person to match to that need manual attention.
