Validate multiple choice responses for test SMS notification

For some screening questions we use the multiple choice field type for both Yes/No answers and likert scale responses. We also use multiple choice for availability forms.

We want to check for letters for multiple choice questions. If not a letter, send this message: "Please type only the letter of your answer. Thank you!"
