This is the first release of the DFMFON model.
The accompanying codes and example can be referenced in the paper: Modelling mangrove-mudflat dynamics with a coupled individual-based-hydro-morphodynamic model (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.envsoft.2023.105814)

Model highlights:
A novel modelling approach couples an individual-based mangrove model with a process-based hydromorphodynamic model.

The model includes the feedback loop between the full mangrove life-cycle, propagule dispersal, and physical environmental drivers.
