latest tag is pretty useless as there's no way to know the distribution name from it. We should tag <dist>-latest instead (or even just <dist>) may be enough.

latest have a special meaning for docker, is the default image used if no tag is provided, so I think we should set it too (to the newest ubuntu version probably). But I agree it would be useful to have a <dist>-latest too.
