API Usage License

This open source project, Smash Soda, includes an API developed by Soda Arcade. By using this repository, you agree to the following terms:

1. Forks and clones of this repository are not permitted to use the Soda Arcade API without explicit permission.
2. If you wish to use the API, please contact Soda Arcade for authorization.
3. Parsec forbids use of their personal API in compiled versions of Smash Soda, you must build the project yourself.

Please note that this license applies specifically to the API usage and does not affect the core app's open source status.
