v0.4-alpha changelog:

Note: This version will invalidate previous Moneybags persona files, a new one will need to be created in order to use this version.

Known issues:

• Moneybags cannot be installed to Program Files as writing to Program Files requires elevated privileges, workaround is to install it in your local appdata folder (since v0.3-alpha)
