Design Presets disappearing / being deleted randomly

3 times now I have have experienced design presets being deleted from breakdance (without me doing it)

The component (i think that's the right name) shows the design preset applied to it but says it is deleted. I check in the Design Presets panel of Settings and it is not there. There are others shown - so it has not just deleted them all.

I've observed it happening when I had 2 windows/tabs open editing different pages... and working new presets / updating presets. Saving both pages at different times. Then when loading the pages again later different presets were deleted.

My theory is that saving pages with updated / new design presets in multiple windows - somehow creates a conflict.

So for now I'm testing if working with adding / updating presets to only have 1 page editing window open - hopefully that stops it happening.
