Typing 'custom' to enter a custom value -> the word 'custom' doesn't get deleted from the field anymore

Since 2.1.0 typing custom in for instance a padding field does still pick the 'custom' option, but the word 'custom' itself doesn't get auto-deleted anymore. Any chance to fix this?
