Files from howTo not present

It says:
move icinga2.conf and icinga2-setup-windows-child.nsis to /var/www/icingaclient/working-dir/ and chown them to www-data:www-data

However, I can't find these files. They were there at an earlier commit, though, it seems.

glad you are taking a look at getting it working. We are going to do some more work on it tomorrow and make a new release. Please standby if that is ok. We have some large improvements to the code coming.
