Project made using OpenCV Library of Python Programming Language during the learning phase of advanced python Libraries (OpenCV)

What is this project

This program creates a cartoonified image of a person's face or any other image, using the OpenCV library.

Required Library

• OpenCV

How to run the program

• Run the python file in virutal environment or directly.

You may be prompted to select the image file which has to be cartoonified

• Open the image and the rest of the work is done by OpenCV library.
