Require field Errors display

When you specify that a field is required OMERO.forms displays that requirement as Errors at the top and bottom of the form. I have copied and highlighted the text below. See the Project Details form for https://omero.hms.harvard.edu/webclient/?show=project-2013. Ideally this could be cleaned up to behave more like a usual form.
