What is the current behavior?

Simple fit screen image display behaviour, it choses scale based on resolution of image so that it fully displays it in screen

What is the expected behavior?

Have a menu that lets user choose what type of scale they want, suggested scale types:

Fit Screen
Stretch
Fit width
Fit height
Original Size
