Frontend Milestone
• Add AniSkip for intro skipping
• Add AnimeFillerList for filler skipping
• Add unread chapter/episode badges

Backend Milestone
• Add custom database entries (for things not on MAL/Ani, e.g. webnovels)
• Update the updater to be able to dynamically update entries, pull data from MAL/AniList/TMDB/NovelUpdates etc
• Add TMDB and NovelUpdates entries to the database
