-Remove "bank" pseudonym from the uiCache. It was misleading and didn't represent game data.
-imguiutils was sourced from smithbox but fulfilled the exact same role as editordecorations
-helpwindow moved to editor package. this is debatable as other imgui-based menus exist outside editor - this is something I'm of the opinion should change.
-more decorators moved to editordecorations - a 2nd pass should be done to see if there are duplicate functions
-aliasutils is now in alias namespace
