posnorm.sh:

Takes a 3D image (optionally mask and reference images), saves a rigid transformation (MIRTK .dof) and (optionally) aligned and midsagittal plane images.

midplane.sh:

Takes a 3D image and a MSP-aligning transformation, saves a midsagittal plane image.
