NUTS location (and maybe other asset params) not persisted

Description - What happened? *

NUTS location is one of the setting options during asset creation. This is, when set and the asset is saved, neither displayed in the UI in the asset-details nor apparently persisted when the asset is showed in edit mode to confirm that.

Expected Behavior *

When asset params are set, they should be displayed in the UI and persisted.

Observed Behavior *

When set not being displayed and apparently not being persisted.

After aligning this was fixed with edc-extensions v7.2.0
