После принятия этого PR'a, забудьте про гринтекст опять. У нас так дохуя локализации в прототипах, что фиксить это я буду явно не 1 неделю. |

Кратное описание
Валидатор, созданый для проверки на русские символы в name,suffix,description, пока только в них. Позже и будет проверка в других стрингах, по типу гост ролей.
По какой причине
Это постоянная проблема.
