The diagnosis module is no longer available in exosuit fabricator.

Additional context
The only way to get a health analyzer is to get the advanced treatment module, which requires T2 civilian research. This is almost never researched unless Sci decides to make funny speed boots, making the Mediborg useless outside of wasting ointment/bruise packs (med gets very upset) or just randomly injecting drugs (wastes drugs, med gets upset) and hoping it fixes the issue. There was no changelog mentioning the diagnosis module being removed.
