Changes from 20 to 35 min player requirement for nuclear operative gamemode
Why / Balance
My main reason is that 20 players is not enough.
3 or more get turned into nuclear operatives which leaves 17 at minimum to defend the station.
Now, none of these 17 players are guaranteed to be a role that could allow the station to defend itself, like warden or HoS with armoury access. Dare I even say, playin as security at all. It becomes rather annoying and not fun when this happens and the station is pretty much doomed unless you got john the greytider that robusts all nukies.
I find 35 players to be a decent amount as there is pretty much guaranteed that there will be enough players to commit mass genocide and givin it a higher number could be a bit too much.
