About the PR
Basically doubled the size of most shelfs and changed their accepted item size from normal to large
Chemistry shelf was changed to allow the BoxCardboard tag so you can fit the beaker or vial boxes inside the chemistry shelf
Why / Balance
Because there's basically no point to use shelves when you can just use closets or lockers that can hold 50x more stuff, and larger things. This is at least a small buff towards making shelves more useful.
