This is a slightly different to #99 as it would just use an existing astropy.wcs.WCS as a Model in a transform. This would allow two things,

  1. wrapping a FITS WCS in a gWCS if you wanted to code against only gWCS (less of an issue now APE 14 is a thing)
  2. Appending extra transforms to the start or end of a FITS-WCS.
  3. Adding additional dimensions, i.e. tabular lookups to a FITS (e.g. adding a tabular WAVE lookup to a spatial WCS)
