This repository contains the data and material for the workshops of the Data Science Stream in the MRes Biomedical Research at Imperial College London.
The workshops will require you to use both R and Python. In order to be able to successfully run the workshops you will need to complete the following steps:
- Install python and Anaconda - you can follow the instructions here if you have a MAC and here if you have a Windows.
- Install R and RStudio - you can follow this video tutorial
If you have no previous knowledge in Python, the Graduate School offers an online Introduction to Python, accessible here
