- Add a notes "English remains the normative language in all cases." to README and translation.md (to address one to do in Translation Decisions, documentation and TODOs spdx-spec#1169)
- Reformat Branch Structure section, adds highlights to branch names and few words updated ("short lived" -> "short-lived")
