Bikeshed and ReSpec share the definition types contract, thus it might make sense to extract it into its own independent document.

That would be great for other organizations (e.g., ECMA? IETF? 🤔).. then we can share more definitions across specs in an tool independent manner.

Let's write spec that clearly defines the rules AND we create a test suite so make sure we can interoperate!
