Rename CSF segmentations in derivatives

Description

This PR does the following steps on CSF segmentations:

• renames the CSF segmentations in the derivatives from csfseg-manual to label-CSF_seg

• Reorients and resmaples to native space using this script:

I ran the following command with the script:

sct_run_batch -jobs 1 -path-data ~/datasets/data-multi-subject -path-out ~/process_results/reorient_csf_v2 -script fix-orientation-derivatives.sh -include-list [ sub-cmrrb03 sub-tokyoIngenia06 sub-nottwil03 sub-pavia04 sub-barcelona05 sub-geneva04 sub-perform02 sub-nottwil04 sub-nottwil01 sub-tokyoIngenia05 ]~~

@mguaypaq finally, we want to revert this commit, I am not sure how in git annex: f7f3db5

and delete: 79e7157
