Thanks @michelleN. Looks like the major thing in v4 is a Nodejs bump and a new way to determine latest version. Shouldn't affect our use.
edit: now sees the Helm Install Smoketest failure 😂 Looking...
second edit: Unfortunately it looks like this check has a spotty history recently: https://github.com/spinkube/spin-operator/actions/workflows/helm-install-smoketest.yaml. I'm going to chalk this up to test (chart install? 😬 ) instability that we should look into next. Fairly sure this PR isn't a culprit. Re-running and assuming it goes green will merge.
