pTFCE v0.1.1 is a fully functional R package implementing the probabilistic threshold-free cluster enhancement method for 3D neuroimages, as described in the paper "Probabilistic TFCE: a generalised combination of cluster size and voxel intensity to increase statistical power", Spisák et al.
