The pTFCE R-package, up from v0.2.0, is now almost twice as fast as previously.
Version 0.2.2 implements a bugfix.

pTFCE is a fully functional R package implementing the probabilistic threshold-free cluster enhancement method for 3D neuroimages, as described in the paper "Probabilistic TFCE: a generalised combination of cluster size and voxel intensity to increase statistical power", Spisák et al.
