Add exluded_services option to signalfx_azure_integration resource

Hello,

Since the data resource signalfx_azure_services has been remove in v8.0.0 of the provider, we cannot longer list available services for Azure integration, so we cannot anymore "enable all but exclude some specific ones".

Our previous code to manage this was:

data "signalfx_azure_services" "azure_services" {
}

locals {
  azure_services   = data.signalfx_azure_services.azure_services.services[*].name
}

resource "signalfx_azure_integration" "azure_integration" {
...

  services            = setsubtract(local.azure_services, var.excluded_services)

...
}

Can you add a new attribute optional in order to be able to exclude some services?
