AracPac is maintained by a single developer, me, Mo, nice to meet you 👋

The aim of the project is to help developers spend more time developing and less time configuring their development environments. The project is especially useful when you need a non-trivial stack where you need all of your tools exposed and not hidden away inside a container.

I've virtualized development environments for several organizations and I wanted to make the same tools available to everyone else. While all the source is available here on GitHub for you to build from, the built virtual machines are also hosted on Vagrant Cloud. And while you can use whatever Vagrantfile configuration you'd like, the project also provides some tweaked out Vagrantfiles that you should check out too.

If there's community interest / support, the next focus will be to write a Vagrant provider for WSL2 and add ready-to-go WSL2 images to the releases.
