We are committed to spending >20% of our time on open source projects – both hardware and software.
We are strong advocates of free exchange of knowledge, and believe we wouldn't be where we are without others sharing their projects and showing us the way.
The open source community offers an unbelievable amount of value to society.
Every company should strive to contribute back to the community that gives them so much.

Our Goals

Our main goal is to open source every product and service we design.
To be able to secure the needed capital to continue being in business, we have to sell x amount of units before a cash-back on our R&D is reached.
After we have gotten return on our R&D cost, all sources for the project should be made available open source.
We like the MIT license for our projects whenever possible.
