Hi! I'm Soroush Dalili (@irsdl), working in the world of information & application security. 🌐
Ever delved into the power-packed world of Burp Suite tools? If so, you've likely encountered my work such as Logger++ or Sharpener. Or perhaps you might have heard of the IIS Shortname Scanner. I've also improved projects like YSoSerial.Net.
For the Burp Suite enthusiasts out there, a little trivia: I'm the original mind behind the Burp Suite Logger++. While it's now housed under the NCC Group repository and nurtured by my good pal, Corey Arthur, its inception began with me.
While I've juggled developing open-source wonders with my professional commitments in the past, 2023 has brought a change. Embracing a solo journey has its challenges. Balancing free development with paid security contracts is akin to walking a tightrope. Every moment I dedicate to open-source means bidding adieu to potential earnings. I'm eager to kick off new projects, but with family obligations, it's a challenging decision to make right now.
This is where you come in. By embracing the GitHub sponsors initiative, I'm hoping to bridge this gap. Your support would empower me to keep innovating and contributing to the open-source community.
In advance, a massive THANK YOU for considering to support and journey with me. Every ounce of backing is an affirmation of the importance of open-source innovation. 🙏❤️
