The UI ecosystem is filled with diverse and evolving frameworks. While this is a positive and healthy indication of the ecosystem, uinix seeks to stay close to the core fundamentals of UI development and Javascript.

uinix enables minimal and rapid UI development via the Unix philosophy. uinix programs are minimal, composable, and interoperable. No transpiling, building, and deep commitments to frameworks. Just plain old Javascript.

As systems evolve and become more complex, uinix aims to remain minimal and reliable in its approach to UI development. You will find many UI problems solvable by an expanding set of uinix libraries e.g. uinix-fp, uinix-theme, uinix-ui, uinix-form, uinix-search.
