Task execution builder form disappearing after first successful execution

Mentioned in spring-cloud-dataflow (server) spring-cloud/spring-cloud-dataflow#5291

Steps to reproduce:

• Define at least two platforms for tasks
• Register, create and run a simple spring cloud task on the not-default platform
• Upon successful execution on the target platform, on the next execution from the UI, the Builder section is missing (see screenshots section below)

After testing with dataflow server 2.11.0 snapshot, this defect is no more reproducible.
