haskell-template that uses GHC 9.0.

At this point, nixpkgs has already transitioned to using 9.2 as the default. So this is the last release that uses 9.0.

haskell-template in its original form, with the all Nix machinery placed in flake.nix.

(The future version will be made simpler by delegating much of these machinery to a flake-parts module.)
