What's being changed:
Added various assembly language instructions:- ADI, DAD, INR, INX, CMA, CMP, DCR, DCX, JC, JMP, JNC, JNZ, JZ, LDA, LHLD, LXI, SET, SHLD, STA, STAX, SUI, XCHG, and updated the utility functions i.e utils.cc and utils.hpp accordingly
