Could you elaborate on this? There's already mention of (and a link to) the activities in the third paragraph (though I realise that if we're publishing them at the same time as we send this then the wording could usefully be updated -- I've added an inline comment). Is there more to it than that? |
There were a number of issues here: - the people we're addressing don't yet have (and may not get) places in the competition, so describing things as "your team" is potentially confusing as it's counter to the idea that places will be confirmed - the pre-kickstart activities aren't about the kit - the pre-kikcstart activities are being published at the same time (possibly slightly before) we send this email, so the tenses were wrong

Yup, definitely. I added this to the form already actually and I've extended that content in srobo/docs#608 (along with adding another related page). If we can get that PR merged in before this ships I'll add links to both pages. |
