We expect to close sign-ups on the 14th if we're full.

There were a number of issues here:
- the people we're addressing don't yet have (and may not get)
  places in the competition, so describing things as "your team"
  is potentially confusing as it's counter to the idea that places
  will be confirmed
- the pre-kickstart activities aren't about the kit
- the pre-kikcstart activities are being published at the same time
  (possibly slightly before) we send this email, so the tenses were
  wrong
