Differential for PrimaryCancerCondition is confusing #119

The differential for PrimaryCancerCondition seems to be comparing against CancerConditionParent and not the US Core Condition profile. It is mightly confusing and clunky to have to go to two profiles to figure out the diff, especially when one of them is abstract.
