Clipboard error on start up

Hi,

Every time I start BeebEm 4.17 and now the latest version 4.19 I get an error 'Failed to open printer: CLIPBOARD'.

I get the error immediately on opening the application before the emulation has started.

I believe I hit this issue recently but it went away after compiling the latest source, suggesting it may have been fixed in the past few months.

There was still a bug, where BeebEm would report an error on start-up if you had previously done Save Preferences with the printer enabled. I fixed this in 6443aa9, but I just noticed that if you Save Preferences and restart with BeebEm configured to print to a file, on restart it will overwrite the file. I guess it should open to append instead.
